Weather you are on the bike to go shopping or a ride around Richmond park then you are training. Specific training is really not needed unless you have something specific in mind like a Ranondee, London to Brighton or just riding further than you normally do.

Enjoying cycling and visiting somewhere different with a like minded group  and enjoying a coffee or lunch is the goal.

Racing is not something we do! Although we watch and admire events like the tour de France etc we have no do desire to try and emulate these great events. We train by purely getting on the bike and riding on Friday's and enjoy the social side.
